SC: Two Years Jail for Rash Driving Causing Death Not Enough - 29.08.2016

SC, while expressing concern about menace of rash and negligent driving which claims nearly 400 lives on Indian roads every day, has said that the existing two-year imprisonment for the offence was grossly inadequate.
