P&H High Court Permits Banks to Take Possession of Hotel Park Plaza - 29.08.2016

P&H High Court has permitted possession of Hotel Park Plaza, a 5-star hotel owned by James Hotels Limited, by a consortium of banks, including the Punjab National Bank, for the company’s failure to repay a loan of around Rs 103 crore to the banks.
