NGT to MoEF: Submit Report on River Regulation Zone - 23.08.2016

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has taken strong exception to undue delay in filing of a draft report on River Regulation Zone and directed Ministry of Environment (MoEF) to submit the report by October 3.
