Delhi HC: Payal Abdullah’s Claim on Bungalow Wholly Illegal - 23.08.2016

Delhi HC, while observing that Payal Abdullah, estranged wife of ex-J&K Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and their sons have “no independent claim” on Govt. accommodation, has held that family was “liable to be evicted forthwith” and termed their entitlement to retain the bungalow as “wholly illegal".
