Rajasthan High Court Cancels Adoption by 'Godman' - 03.08.2015

Rajasthan High Court has ordered the parents of a five-month-old to take back their infant son they had given up for adoption to a spiritual leader, saying the rights of such a young child couldn't be compromised in the name of religion.
