CCI Approves HDFC ERGO - L&T General Insurance and HCL-Geometric Deal - 22.08.2016

Competition Commission of India (CCI) has given approval to HDFC ERGO - L&T General Insurance deal and also to HCL Technologies' equity swap deal to buy the business of Geometric Ltd.
