Madras HC Seeks List of Prisoners Lodged in Jails outside their States - 22.08.2016

Madras HC, while seeking to offer succour to prisoners lodged in jails outside their home states and suffering due to language barrier, has directed all States and Union Territories to submit a list of such prisoners to it by August 26.
