Delhi HC Put Stay on NDMC’s Move to Demolish Garbage Dumps - 19.08.2016

Delhi HC has issued a stay on an initiative of New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) to demolish garbage dhalaos (collection points) in its jurisdiction as part of the “smart city” plan.
