SC Orders Unitech to Refund Rs 15 Crore to Gurgaon Housing Project Investors - 17.08.2016

SC has ordered real estate giant Unitech to refund Rs 15 crore to investors in delayed housing projects in Gurgaon. However, it agreed to hear the company's plea against a consumer forum's order requiring it to refund three investors in its Gurgaon homes.
