Kerala HC Orders Panchayat to Compensate Victim of Dog Bite - 17.08.2016

Kerala HC has upheld a munsif court’s order directing a panchayat in Thrissur district to pay compensation of Rs.30,000 with six per cent interest to the victim of stray dog bite.
