Gujarat HC Quashes Part of Ordinance Abolishing 15 % Quota for NRIs - 17.08.2016

Gujarat HC has partly quashed a recent ordinance abolishing 15 per cent NRI quotas in colleges offering medical and dental courses. The court held that “ordinance is in violation of the directions issued by the Supreme Court”.
