Delhi High Court Says Govts Waiting for a Disaster - 27.08.2015

Delhi HC while hearing PIL that highlights issue of 90% of buildings in Delhi being “structurally unsafe“ to withstand a seismic zone IV quake, has demanded status report from Centre and Delhi Govt. on action taken to ensure structural integrity of buildings.
