Punjab & Haryana HC Quashes Appointment of Parliamentary Secretaries by Punjab Govt. - 16.08.2016

Punjab and Haryana High Court has quashed appointment of Parliamentary Secretaries by Punjab Govt. and held that Parliamentary Secretaries are in nature of Junior Ministers and their appointments amount to infraction of the provisions of Article 164 (1A) of the Constitution.
