Supreme Court Stays Trial Against Italian Marines on Orders of ITLOS - 27.08.2015

Supreme Court has put stay on all proceedings against two Italian marines accused of killing Indian fishermen from Kerala in 2012, honouring order of International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS).
