Bombay HC: Accused Can’t Use Narco Test to Prove Innocence - 16.08.2016

Bombay HC, while rejecting a murder accused’s plea seeking permission to have one conducted for himself, has said that accused are not allowed to take a recourse to narco analysis test to prove their innocence.
