Supreme Court Permits Diesel SUVs for Delhi , Along With New Tax - 12.08.2016

Supreme Court has said that large diesel cars, mainly SUVs, can remain on Delhi's roads, but owners will have to pay a green fine to compensate for polluting the city's air and levied an additional tax (1% of the retail price) on the sale of these cars.
