NGT Imposes Fine on MCZMA for Not Responding to Notice - 12.08.2016

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 on Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) for not responding to its notice in the pollution case against JSW Dolvi unit.
