SC Lifts Stay on Exclusive Sale of ‘Rail Neer’ - 12.08.2016

Supreme Court has allowed Ministry of Railways to continue to sell only ‘Rail Neer’ bottled drinking water at stations and in premium trains according to their circulars issued previously.
