Karnataka HC to State: Do not Take Any Coercive Action against Vedanta Limited over FDT Issue - 12.08.2016

Karnataka HC has directed State Government not to take any coercive action against Vedanta Limited for non-payment of Forest Development Act (FDT) in terms of the Karnataka Forest (Amendment) Act, 2016 gazetted on July 27, 2016.
