Delhi HC Declines Para-Athlete’s Plea - 12.08.2016

Delhi HC has declined to order a re-selection trial for a slot in the Rio 2016 Paralympics on the petition of a national para-athlete saying that qualification slot is allocated to National Paralympic Committee (NPC) and not individual athletes.
