Bombay HC: Demolish Floors to Reduce Height of Building near Airport - 11.08.2016

Bombay HC has ordered partial demolition of a private residential building near the international airport’s runway and pulled up both Airports Authority of India and Directorate General of Civil Aviation for not doing enough to ensure safety of air passengers and citizens living around the airport.
