Karnataka High Court Disposes Case Against Nikon India - 27.08.2015

Karnataka HC has disposed of petition filed by Flipkart against Nikon India as Nikon withdrew names of e-commerce portals from caution notice on its website that cautioned customers to check warranty entitlements while buying its products from them.
