Delhi HC Cancels Transfer of 2 CRPF Personnel - 09.08.2016

Delhi HC, while providing a relief to two CRPF personnel, whose children are differently abled and undergoing medical treatment, has "cancelled" their transfer and posting orders for one year observing that the minors need the company of their fathers.
