SC Dismiss Ex-Secretary’s Plea for Joint Trial in Coal Block Allocation Case - 09.08.2016

SC has dismissed a petition by H C Gupta, Ex-Coal Secretary and an accused in coal block allocation cases, for holding joint trial of the eight cases in which he faces prosecution.
