J&K High Court Orders Superintendent to Hand Over Custody of Minor to Mother - 09.08.2016

J&K High Court, while taking a strong note of detention of an eight-year-old boy by the police in Pulwama, has directed the Senior Superintendent of the district to immediately hand over his custody to his mother.
