Bombay HC Grants Bail to 2002-2003 Mumbai Blast Convict Ghulam Khotal - 05.08.2016

Bombay HC has released a convict in the 2002-2003 Mumbai blasts case on bail of Rs 1 lakh, Ghulam Khotal, who was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment has already been in prison for six and a half years.
