Gujarat HC Notices State on PIL Seeking Disposal of Cow Carcass - 04.08.2016

Gujarat HC has issued notice to State on a PIL seeking direction to Government to ensure systemic disposal of cow carcasses and pro-active action against ‘gau rakshaks’ to avoid incidents like the thrashing of Dalits at Una.
