Gujarat HC Rejects PIL against Appointment of P P Pandey as Gujarat DGP - 03.08.2016

Gujarat High Court has rejected a PIL filed by EX- Cop Julio Ribeiro challenging appointment of P P Pandey, accused in Ishrat Jahan encounter case, as the State's in-charge DGP.
