At a Securities and Exchange Board of India meeting, the Board approved several proposals, including: removal of current restriction on the maximum number of anchor investors; amendments to SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014; and draft amendment to regulations (to be notified on 28 September, 2015) pursuant to the proposed repealing of the Forward Contracts Regulation Act, 1952.
