SC to Centre: File Status Report on Seized Contraband, Rehab Centres - 02.08.2016

SC has asked Centre to file status report on implementation of the court’s guidelines for foolproof storage and disposal of seized drugs to prevent theft and illegal sale that had resulted in “rampant drug abuse,” particularly among youth in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, HP and other states.
