SC Seeks Centre's Reply on Denial of Tax Relief to Congress in Year 1994-95 - 02.08.2016

SC has sought answers from Centre on petition filed by Congress, over not getting exemption from paying tax under Section 13A of I-T Act for year 1994-95 and alleging that Delhi HC has failed to understand dynamics of the process and accounting while denying it the benefits.
