Gujarat HC Dismisses Kuldip Sharma’s Plea on Appraisal - 02.08.2016

Gujarat HC has dismissed petition moved by Ex-Director General of Police Kuldip Sharma challenging his Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) of 2010 prepared by the then Minister of Agriculture Dileep Sanghani and accepted by the then Chief Minister Narendra Modi.
