Punjab and Haryana HC Allows Govt. to Go Ahead with Implementation of Teachers’ Transfer Policy - 02.08.2016

Punjab and Haryana HC has set a 72-hour deadline for Director, School Education, Haryana, to redress grievances of teachers regarding initial and supplementary transfer policy and gave its nod to Government to go ahead with implementation of the policy.
