SC Put Stay on Warrants against DMDK Leader Vijaykant and His Wife Premalatha - 28.07.2016

SC has stayed Non-Bailable Warrants against DMDK leader Vijaykant and his wife Premalatha issued by a trial court in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. The apex court also said that a person cannot be prosecuted for defamation for calling a government corrupt or unfit.
