NGT Imposes Green Fine of Rs 15 Crore on Hospital - 27.07.2016

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has imposed environmental compensation of Rs 15 crore on Human Care Charitable Medical Trust, a hospital in Sector 6, Dwarka, Delhi, for beginning construction without Environmental Clearance (EC).
