SC: Senior Designation to Lawyers Can't be Subjected to Judicial Scrutiny - 27.07.2016

SC has said that conferring designation of senior advocate on a practising lawyer is a decision taken by administrative side of the court and cannot be subjected to judicial scrutiny.
