SC: Need Minimum Qualification for Being a Judge - 26.07.2016

SC has said that for selecting a judge, there has to be a minimum qualification, while refusing to entertain a petition that sought a lower qualification benchmark for Scheduled Caste candidates in the Haryana Judicial Service Exam.
