Delhi High Court Seeks Reply from Delhi Government on SDMC Corporator’s Plea - 26.08.2015

Delhi High Court has asked Delhi Government to file its response on petition filed by Corporator of South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) seeking release of funds and implementation of recommendations of Fourth Delhi Finance Commission.
