Madras HC: Law should not Hinder Reconciliation - 25.07.2016

Madras HC, while quashing case registered against a family under Section 498A of IPC, has said that courts are expected to take balanced and holistic approach without emphasizing merely on punitive aspects while dealing with criminal cases arising out of sensitive issues that could affect family.
