Madras HC Refuses to Take Action against Lawyers till Deliberations are Completed - 25.07.2016

Madras HC has said no action would be initiated against advocates under the amended rules to Advocates Act till deliberations of newly constituted Judges Committee for receiving suggestions from various Bar Associations on the matter concluded.
