SC to Centre: Take Possession of Adarsh Cooperative Society - 22.07.2016

SC has permitted Centre to take possession of the Adarsh Cooperative Housing Society in Mumbai and told Maharashtra Government to initiate proceedings against politicians/ bureaucrats involved in the case for violation of rules.
