SC Issues Notice to Centre on Rape Victim's Plea against Abortion Law - 21.07.2016

SC has sought response from Centre and Maharashtra Govt. on a plea of an alleged rape victim challenging provisions of the abortion law which prohibits termination of pregnancy after 20 weeks.
