Supreme Court Grants Full Disability Pension Arrears to Veterans - 13.02.2026

Supreme Court held that ex-servicemen are entitled to full arrears of disability pension, including broad banding, from 01.01.1996 or 01.01.2006, as applicable. It ruled that such arrears cannot be restricted to three years prior to filing claims, rejecting limitation objections
