Supreme Court: High Courts Cannot Re-Examine Answer Keys Even in Judicial Service Exams - 12.02.2026

Supreme Court has directed the Jharkhand High Court to constitute an expert committee to re-examine the correctness of three questions in the State Civil Judges (Junior Division) examination, while partly setting aside the High Court’s order that had declared certain answer keys to be incorrect.
