Cal HC: Once ED Attachment is Confirmed, Challenge Becomes Academic; PMLA Remedy Must be Pursued - 11.02.2026

Calcutta High Court has held that once a provisional attachment under the PMLA is confirmed by the Adjudicating Authority and statutory appeals are pending before the Appellate Tribunal, a parallel writ petition challenging the attachment becomes academic and ought not to be entertained.
