Patna HC: PwD Recruitment Must Comply With RPwD Act; Executive Resolutions Cannot Override the Law - 11.02.2026

Patna High Court held that recruitment to posts reserved for persons with disabilities must strictly follow Section 34(2) of the RPwD Act, 2016, and that executive resolutions or notifications inconsistent with the Act cannot confer any enforceable rights on candidates.
