Madras HC Disposes of Nalini’s Petition for Premature Release - 20.07.2016

Madras HC has declined to entertain a plea by Rajiv Gandhi assassination case convict Nalini Sriharan seeking premature release, saying it cannot grant her request in view of pendency of a related matter before the Supreme Court.
