Punjab & Haryana High Court: ED Can Arrest Individuals Even if FIRs are Added to the ECIR Later - 02.02.2026

Punjab and Haryana High Court dismissed pleas by promoters of Ramprastha Promoters & Developers Pvt. Ltd. challenging their arrest and proceedings by the Enforcement Directorate under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, holding that arrest is valid even if FIRs are later added to the ECIR.
