SC: Waqf Tribunals Cannot Hear Claims over Properties Not Listed or Registered under Waqf Act - 29.01.2026

Supreme Court held that Waqf Tribunals have jurisdiction only over properties notified in the list of auqaf or registered under the Waqf Act, and set aside the Telangana High Court judgment that upheld an injunction granted by the Tribunal over an unregistered property.
