Karnataka HC: Bike Taxi Business Protected under Article 19(1)(G); State Can Regulate But Not Ban - 27.01.2026

Karnataka High Court upheld the right of taxi aggregators to operate bike taxis, ruling that it is a legitimate business protected under Article 19(1)(g) of the Constitution, and held that a blanket ban by the State would not constitute a reasonable restriction under Article 19(6).
